Fuzion character generator

So in my hunt for more old Fuzion content I came across a character generator that was based around Champions: The New Millennium. 

So I'm sure you're wondering what this generator can do, well it can do the following: Add in all existing base Fuzion Skills, Talents, Perks, Complications, and Powers. (You can also make your own custom ones as well for all topics mentioned).

Unfortunately from what I can tell you cannot add in custom characteristics so those who wish to run a game such as Victoriana might be out of luck although you can just edit the sheet it generates so no big deal.

I tested this on Windows 10 and it ran fine despite the fact it came out forever ago so that's great...no clue if it runs on Windows 11 though.
